Ed Heckman, Sales Manager/Owner, is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to Crystal River, Florida in 1986. He entered the real estate development industry over 35 years ago after serving honorably in the United STates Marine Corps and as an Operations Manager for IBM. As a member of ARDA for the past twelve years, he strongly supports their code of ethics. With his experience in developing two interval ownership resorts, as well as his vast knowledge of the Central Florida area, Ed is well qualified in assisting his many clients in the purchasing and selling of properties, when given the opportunity, he will do the same for you.

Roman Wasylyk is a licensed Florida real estate agent. He and his wife, Kimberly, relocated to Citrus County in 1994 from Cleveland , Ohio .
